To meet the requirements for large aperture and super large aperture deployable antennas in the space mission
according to the shape features between truss structure and mesh surface
the mesh surface with parabolic surface is fitted by spherical surface. The concept of hierarchical topology is proposed
and the properties of hierarchical topology are analyzed
then the formula for calculating the number of modules is given. On the basis of partitioning the regular hexagon modules in the plane
the coordinate relationship between any key point and its spherical projection is obtained. With the homogeneous coordinate transformation method
three geometry models of single plane module
multi-module positive topology and multi-module oblique topology are established. The geometry model of truss structure for space deployable truss antenna with hexagonal prism modules is constructed. The examples show that this model can meet the requirements for any number and any size module to realize the seamless connection of modules
which provides a theoretical reference for design and precision measurement of truss structure.
