摘要

针对加工系统服务化、虚拟化过程中的加工能力建模问题

结合加工系统的功能、性能以及性能质量

对加工能力及其相关概念进行了定义.采用关系代数和集合论

对加工系统、加工特征、加工操作进行了描述

继而以关系选择与自然连接运算对加工能力进行了形式化表达

并采用关系投影运算对加工能力模型进行了视图分析

揭示了加工能力产生的机理.结合实例对建模方法进行验证

其结果表明

所采用的方法能够实现加工能力的形式化建模

可以为加工系统的加工能力分析与评价提供支持.

Abstract

Modeling of machining capacity is of great importance in servitization and virtualization of machining system. The machining capacity and related concepts are clarified

then formal models of function

performance and performance quality of machining system are constructed

and the machining capacity model is established in terms of the description of the operation of relation selection and natural-join

and analyzed by the relation projection operation. Finally

a case verifies the proposed models.
