An analysis method of service performance is proposed based on Petri net and is used as an automatic method for the service performance analysis process. A service performance analysis model is presented to improve traditional Petri net model
and formulas to automatically calculate service performance are given in the model. Special sample training is used to improve the accuracy of model parameters. Analysis on examples shows that the proposed method can effectively build service performance analysis models for automatic service performance calculating
automatically find service performance bottleneck
and improve the accuracy of model parameters through sample training.
