摘要

针对燃气轮机中氨燃料反应活性低、火焰稳定性差的问题，基于部分裂解氨的强化燃烧策略，系统探究了氨的催化裂解特性，可在更温和的条件下实现氨氢融合燃烧。测试了不同类型催化剂在不同环境条件下的活性，并结合CT扫描重构技术，构建多孔介质催化裂解数值模型，揭示了不同结构参数对裂解效果的影响规律。研究结果表明：不同环境条件下，温度均为影响氨裂解过程的主导因素，温度升高50 K，氨裂解效率最大可提升25 %；入口流量与环境压力的增大均对氨催化裂解过程呈现抑制作用；反应器结构的孔隙率由0.80降至0.35，氨裂解效率提升约1.3%，比表面积由833.3 m

-1

提高至2 333.3 m

-1

，氨裂解效率提升6%；床层直径的最优值为71 mm，过大或过小均会削弱氨的裂解性能。该研究揭示了氨裂解过程的不同影响因素，可为燃气轮机余热驱动条件下氨燃料在线裂解系统的设计提供依据，促进氨燃料在燃气轮机中的高效清洁利用。

Abstract

To reduce the dependence on fossil fuels and promote the application of ammonia in gas turbines

aiming at the problems of low reactivity and poor flame stability of ammonia fuel

the focus is on the enhanced combustion strategy of partially cracked ammonia. Through systematic research on the catalytic cracking characteristics of ammonia

the goal is to achieve ammonia-hydrogen fusion combustion under milder conditions. Firstly

activity tests were conducted on different types of catalysts under various environmental conditions. On this basis

combined with CT scanning reconstruction technology

a numerical model for catalytic cracking in porous media was established

revealing the influence laws of different structural parameters on cracking. The results show that among different operating factors

temperature is the dominant factor affecting the ammonia cracking. An increase of 50 K can achieve a maximum 25 % improvement in the ammonia cracking effect. Both the increase of volume flow and environmental pressure show inhibitory effects on the ammonia catalytic cracking. In terms of reactor structure

the study shows that the decrease of porosity from 0.80 to 0.35 can increase the cracking rate by about 1.3 %

and the increase of surface-to-volume ratio from 833.3 m

-1

to 2333.3 m

-1

can promote the cracking rate to increase by 6 %

while the bed diameter has an optimal value of 71 mm

too large

or too small will weaken the cracking performance. This study reveals different factors affecting the ammonia cracking

which can provide a basis for the design of an online ammonia cracking system driven by waste heat from gas turbines

and promote the efficient and clean utilization of ammonia fuel in gas turbine.
