摘要

为研究一种聚甲氧基二甲醚(PODE

2-4

)掺混正庚烷/甲苯混合燃料对碳烟颗粒理化性质的影响，搭建了同轴射流反扩散火焰燃烧平台，采用透射电子显微镜（TEM）、拉曼光谱仪（Raman）和热重分析仪（TGA）对颗粒样品进行分析。结果表明：随着PODE

2-4

由0掺混至30%

碳粒子直径逐渐向小粒径方向偏移，平均粒径逐渐下降，颗粒内部微晶曲率平均值逐渐增大，微晶长度则呈相反趋势，且减小幅度逐渐增大；一阶拉曼光谱中代表晶格内部缺陷和无序结构的D峰与代表石墨稳定结构的G峰的积分强度之比逐渐增加，石墨化程度降低，无序程度增大；质量损失速率峰值温度、起始氧化温度、燃尽温度和表观活化能均呈下降趋势，颗粒反应活性增强。分析结果表明，PODE

可作为燃料添加剂改变碳烟颗粒微观结构，进而增强其氧化活性，该研究可为实际工程应用中PODE_n与柴油掺混燃烧并促进DPF再生提供一定的理论参考。
