摘要

针对线性的单一的振动能量俘能器存在工作频带狭窄、输出效率低等问题，提出了3种压电电磁复合式俘能器结构，可增大对环境中振动能量的俘获。首先，设计了无磁力单梁压电电磁复合俘能器，该结构俘能器仅设有上方的压电单梁，压电梁首端的磁铁进入到固定的线圈中；然后，设计了磁力刚性梁压电电磁复合俘能器，该结构俘能器在无磁力装置的基础上增加带有磁铁的刚性梁，当两块磁铁极性相对时，则产生磁斥力；接着，设计了磁力双梁压电电磁复合俘能器，该结构俘能器是将磁力刚性梁装置中的刚性梁换作与压电梁相同尺寸的悬臂梁，两磁铁位置保持不变，形成双梁系统；最后，对3种俘能器的发电性能分别进行实验研究，对比分析3种俘能器的输出功率和输出压电值。实验结果表明：磁力的引用，提高了电磁的发电性能，但同时也降低了压电梁的输出功率；双悬臂梁的加入，增加了装置的自由度，拓宽了装置的工作频带；3种俘能器的发电综合峰值基本相当；无磁力单梁装置中的压电发电性能最好，更适合高阻抗环境；磁力双梁装置中电磁发电性能最优且压电输出存在双峰值，更适合宽频带、低阻抗环境。实验结果证明了磁力双梁压电电磁复合结构俘能器可俘获能量的频带最宽，具有较优的输出性能。
