摘要

为探讨颗粒双分散效应对气固流化体系综合性能的影响

对大差异双分散循环流化床进行了多场耦合数值模拟。采用欧拉双流体模型和能量最小多尺度原理（EMMS）介尺度曳力模型

对Geldart A类与B类颗粒组成的气固体系流动特性进行模拟研究;引入丙烷脱氢（PDH）反应动力学模型

对体系的传热和反应性能进行了相应探究;基于两类颗粒在循环流化床内的快速传热与分离

进一步提出流化催化裂化（FCC）与丙烷脱氢工艺耦合思路

初步论证了其可行性。数值模拟结果显示:因大差异双分散特性影响

两颗粒相在流化稳定时体现为分离态

存在稳定的分离层

B类颗粒处于鼓泡流化状态

A类颗粒处于湍动流化状态;丙烷入口温度为30℃、入口速度为0.1 m·s

-1

、催化剂初始床层温度及循环温度为700℃时

该耦合工艺可将催化剂温度降低至669℃

也可进一步实现丙烷到丙烯的良好转化

转化率可达95%以上。研究表明了该耦合工艺的可行性

可在优化提升管内反应条件的同时

进一步获得更高附加值的轻烃油气产品。该研究可为深入理解气固体系内颗粒双分散效应的影响提供一定参考

所提耦合工艺可为FCC工艺优化提供新思路。
