摘要

为了掌握颗粒污染物在航空发动机涡轮中的迁移规律

研究高温涡轮部件中颗粒物的沉积效应

采用数值模拟方法

结合用户自定义函数和动网格技术

在航空发动机真实运行条件下针对高压涡轮第一级静叶

研究了涡轮进口旋流对颗粒物迁移及沉积规律的影响

对比了不同颗粒物温度下叶片表面的沉积特性

并详细分析了颗粒物沉积前后叶栅通道中流场结构、出口气动损失及叶片表面换热系数的变化规律。结果表明:进口旋流对颗粒物的迁移规律及沉积特性改变十分明显

并使得相邻叶片表面的沉积分布规律不再相同;颗粒物温度仅对沉积效率有影响

不会改变颗粒物在叶片表面的沉积规律;颗粒物沉积后

由于叶栅通道面积变窄

主流马赫数会有所提高

再加上叶片型线发生改变

叶栅出口的气动损失明显增大;在存在进口旋流时

颗粒物发生沉积后

叶片表面的换热系数并不一定会增大

主要由进口旋流和叶片沉积物的综合作用决定。
