摘要

针对目前商业软件在轴承动力学分析中接触求解精度不足的问题

提出了一种基于全局坐标系的轴承动力学仿真建模方法。以角接触球轴承为研究对象

利用刚体动力学理论

解析了轴承各个零件的瞬态几何位置关系;结合经典的赫兹接触与弹流动压润滑理论

构建了轴承组件的动力学微分方程;采用位移求解计算精度高的GSTIFF I3算法对建立的动力学微分方程进行快速求解

通过分析任一瞬态下各个零件的受力状态

实现了轴承组件间高副接触过程的精确解析。通过与经典理论对比

该模型的接触力仿真误差为0.82%;通过与不同转速及不同预紧力下保持架的实验测量转速对比

该模型的转速仿真误差不超过0.5%。本文所提方法显著提升了轴承接触与运动特征的分析精度

为滚动轴承的工程设计及状态建模预测等提供了准确高效的计算手段。
