摘要

针对变几何涡轮导叶端区复杂二次流动和传热问题

采用数值模拟方法对某型燃气轮机高低压两级涡轮进行了三维计算

分析了存在进口热斑旋流时

变几何导叶弯曲对高压涡轮级端区流动及传热特性的影响。结果表明:静叶正弯引起气流的径向流动

从而有效抑制了泄漏涡的形成

降低了静叶端壁载荷及端区二次流强度

有效削弱了变几何导叶带来的端区附加损失

且随着正弯角度的增加效果愈明显;静叶正弯抑制了热斑高温核心的径向扩散

但在旋流的带动作用下使得静叶端区温度增加;相比于静叶

动叶叶顶的平均温度和平均传热系数受旋流方向的影响更大

且反向旋流始终大于正向旋流。变几何导叶的大角度正弯设计虽然增加了静叶端区的平均温度

但有效降低了静叶端区的传热系数和动叶叶顶平均温度

降低了端区热负荷。
