摘要

为了研究四叶孔支撑板换热器壳程的流体流动和传热性能

利用CFD软件建立了周期性全截面的数值模型

研究了换热器壳程流体的流动形态及四叶孔板的间距和开孔高度对换热器壳程热工性能的影响。利用激光多普勒测速仪(LDV)测量了四叶孔支撑板换热器壳程特殊点的轴向流速

将数值计算结果与实验结果进行对比

验证了数值模拟计算的可靠性。研究结果表明:换热器壳程流体总体呈纵向流动

四叶孔支撑板对其可以产生明显的射流作用;流体在通过第1块支撑板后

其流速具有明显的周期性;随着支撑板间距和开孔高度的减小

换热器壳程传热系数和压降均增大

而其综合性能降低

四叶孔板间距和开孔高度对壳程压降的影响程度强于对换热性能的影响;在雷诺数Re为10 000～30 000的范围内

得到了换热器壳程努塞尔数Nu和压降的实验关联式

两者计算偏差都在±10%以内。本文的数值模型及结果对于核电站系统中换热器的设计和应用提供了指导。
