摘要

针对氰化氢气体在近红外波段具有吸收峰这一现象

设计了一种基于石墨烯(GNP)/聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)复合材料和PDMS材料的近红外光驱动可调透射光栅。采用数值模拟的方法研究了在近红外光驱动条件下光栅周期和衍射波长的变化规律

建立了光驱动部分与光栅部分为一体的光栅模型

模拟了在不同方向进行光驱动时光栅周期受到的影响。研究结果表明:栅线方向与驱动方向一致时

光栅周期随光驱动时间的增加而减小

且在光栅中部的变化幅度高于两侧

最大可调范围达到21.3 nm;栅线与驱动方向垂直时

光栅周期随光驱动时间的增加而增大

且在光栅中部的变化幅度低于两侧

最大可调范围达到100.98 nm;两种方式均能满足对氰化氢气体的检测

但栅线垂直于驱动方向的可调光栅的光栅周期变化幅度更大。
