摘要

针对传统的位移圆半径设计公式无法应用于具有大尺寸、重负载、变倾角等特点的大型船用鼓形齿联轴器的问题

采用有限元分析和响应面设计的方法

建立了最优位移圆半径和结构参数、工况参数之间的关系式。基于啮合原理及坐标变换

建立了鼓形齿联轴器的高精度有限元网格模型以及高精度装配模型。考虑0°和最大倾角两种边界工作条件

结合某船用鼓形齿联轴器轮齿的接触应力、弯曲应力及接触印痕的位置

确定了最优位移圆半径的设计准则。基于拉丁超立方采样方法和响应面方法

拟合出了最优位移圆半径和扭矩、齿数、模数、齿宽及最大倾角之间的关系式。通过有限元方法计算出一组大倾角和一组小倾角算例下的最优位移圆半径

与响应面方法的结果进行了对比。研究结果表明:印痕距离为0.2倍齿宽时的位移圆半径为最优值;大型船用鼓形齿联轴器的最优位移圆半径主要受最大极限倾角影响

其次是结构尺寸、负载扭矩的影响;该响应面模型是有效的

可以用于大型船用鼓形齿联轴器位移圆半径的设计。
