针对因受电弓形变、脱离而影响高铁运行安全的问题
提出了一种快速而且准确的检测高铁受电弓的方法
能够对高铁受电弓严重形变、脱离等情况进行及时预警。该方法首先利用在高铁受电弓前的摄像头捕捉到的10 000余张图片作为训练样本
并利用这些训练样本对自定义的深度学习卷积神经网络进行离线训练
生成预测模型
然后在高铁运行过程中利用训练好的模型和改进后的YOLOv2算法对摄像头的实时监控图像进行在线检测
最后检测程序将返回检测结果
对受电弓缺失、严重形变等现象进行预警。采用该方法在CPU平台以55帧/s的检测速度对受电弓进行实时检测
平均准确率达到93.1%。
