摘要

针对同步器同步机理数学模型欠准确、仿真模型精度低等问题

提出了同步器接合过程的油膜压力、微凸体接触压力、同步环承载力及同步力矩的计算模型;利用Simulink和AMESim仿真平台构建同步器接合过程动力学仿真模型

分析了同步器换挡过程的换挡力、同步力矩、换挡位移、输入转速的变化规律;运用同步器换挡性能实验台验证了仿真模型的有效性。实验结果表明:各换挡工况的同步冲量和换挡功仿真与实验结果一致性较好

同步冲量最大误差为6.25%

换挡功最大误差为9.1%

说明同步器动力学仿真模型计算精度得到了明显提高。
