摘要

为研究灰化方式和温度对新疆高碱煤灰理化特性的影响

对新疆准东煤分别利用等离子低温灰化方式和传统缓慢制灰方式制灰

使用X射线荧光光谱仪、电子扫描显微镜与能谱分析、X射线衍射仪等手段分析研究了灰样的微观形貌、组分和灰中矿物质的演变规律。实验结果表明:灰化方式不同时灰中元素含量和矿物质种类有较大差异

等离子低温灰中矿物质种类较多

不同煤种低温灰中钠的赋存形态存在差异;灰化温度升高

钠和氯元素相对含量减少

释放速率主要与钠和氯赋存的矿物质种类有关;随温度升高灰中矿物质主要变化是CaCO

的分解和CaSO

的生成

天池灰中Na

特征峰在815℃消失

一部分钠以硫酸盐的形式释放到烟气中

而另一部分生成新的含钠组分;对于准东煤这种高碱金属燃料

现有国标缓慢灰化法制灰会造成灰中碱金属的大量释放及矿物质种类发生变化。为确保碱金属测量的准确性

建议在采取常规制灰方式的同时采用等离子低温灰化方法进行对比研究。
