摘要

为解决在狭小空间内无法准确有效识别碳纤维丝束带剪断状态的问题

提出了一种基于电信号的碳纤维丝束带剪断状态的检测方法

并设计了相应的剪断状态监测硬件及软件系统。该检测方法首先通过简单的检测电路以及数据采集卡

实现对碳纤维丝束带剪断过程中的电信号实时采集

然后对采集得到的信号进行低通滤波处理

获取电压信号的峰值

将峰值与设定的检测阈值相比较

可以有效识别出碳纤维丝束带的剪断情况。实验结果表明

在进行剪断操作时

未完全剪断的碳纤维丝束带电阻为10～500Ω

而完全剪断的丝束带电阻为无穷大

将丝束带与检测电路连接

电阻的变化即可反映到两电极间的电压变化。实验中

完全剪断时

丝束带两端电压从0V大幅跃升到4.377 03V

大于设定的阈值

而未完全剪断时

丝束带两端电压从0 V小幅跃升到0.067 97V

小于设定的阈值1V

均可有效识别剪断状态

证明该方法检测结果较为准确。该方法可以在铺丝头内部的狭小空间进行检测

同时能够快速识别出碳纤维丝束带的剪断状态。
