摘要

为促进拉应力内翻管技术的实际应用

对内翻口后管件的翻边与拉深翻管过程进行了研究。利用轴对称金属薄壳的塑性变形理论

推导出了管件应力与管坯尺寸、管材性能参数、模具尺寸、摩擦系数的解析关系式

得出了管件内层管壁成形、环形底部成形及不起皱的条件。研究表明

拉应力内翻管技术仅适用于成形内、外层间距与底部孔径处于较窄范围内的双层管件

对于材料与尺寸已确定的管坯

可利用文中给出的解析式来确定所能成形管件的尺寸范围。实例显示

根据解析式计算得到的管件拉深翻管力及变形参数与实测数据吻合得较好

而由成形条件预测出的管件变形模式也与实验结果相符。
