摘要

针对无阀压电泵截止性能和工作输出压力的不足

设计了一种新型三腔蠕动式主动阀压电泵

分析了蠕动式压电泵的工作原理

对蠕动式压电泵的结构进行了研究

建立了压电泵的核心部件——阀的结构模型.采用ANSYS软件对阀的结构参数进行了优化

得到了阀结构优化参数

并制作了压电泵实验样机

对压电泵的流量、背压进行了实验测试.实验结果表明:该主动阀压电泵输出水的最大流量为220mL/min

最大正向背压为15.8kPa

且泵气能力远大于泵水能力

最大泵气量为5142mL/min.该压电泵在医疗器械、液体冷却、生物工程等领域有广阔的应用前景.
