可倾瓦动压气体轴承动态特性的频率效应

提出将偏导数法和折合系数法相结合来计算可倾瓦空气动压轴承的动态刚度和阻尼系数.通过有限元仿真

计算了轴颈和瓦块同频扰动下的可倾瓦轴承动态刚度和阻尼系数

并研究了这些系数随扰动频率的变化规律.计算结果表明

扰动频率较低时

可倾瓦空气动压轴承刚度系数的直接项和交叉项的绝对值随扰动频率增大而增大

阻尼系数的直接项和交叉项的绝对值随扰动频率增大而减小

扰动频率较高时

刚度系数趋于定值

阻尼系数趋近于0.
