摘要

针对目前RDF（Refuse-Derived Fuel）气化实验都是缓慢升温的问题，研究了RDF在氧气、氮气与水蒸气三种气氛条件下，500-900

C五个温度点的快速气化特性。研究结果表明，O

具有强氧化性，在此气氛下气化产气会生成大量CO

，产气潜力最低。CO

气化氛围下则由Boudouard反应主导，合成气产量可观，但其单一的反应路径具有局限性。水蒸气气氛下可通过多重协同机制实现高产气率，产气效果最佳，总产气率为16.7 mmol g

-1

，远超O

和CO

，展现出水蒸气气氛在RDF快速气化实验下的优越性。温度越高，气化焦油呈现出组分前移的特征，O

气氛下固体残留物富集含氧官能团，CO

气氛下会促进芳构化，减少焦炭缩聚，水蒸气气氛下固体残留物含杂环结构，高温会抑制重组，导致轻质烃占比提升。

Abstract

In view of the fact that the current RDF (refuse-derived fuel) gasification experiments are characterised by a slow temperature rise

the rapid gasification characteristics of RDF under three atmospheres of oxygen

nitrogen and water vapour at five temperature points from 500-900

C were investigated. The findings indicate that O

is undergoing significant oxidation

and the gas production by gasification in this atmosphere leads to substantial CO

emissions and exhibits the least potential for gas production. The CO

gasification atmosphere is then dominated by the Boudouard reaction

which has a significant syngas yield

but its single reaction path has limitations. The gas production rate in a water vapour atmosphere can be enhanced through a variety of synergistic mechanisms

with the optimal gas production outcome

achieving a total gas production rate of 16.7 mmol g

-1

significantly surpassing that of O

and CO

underscoring the efficacy of the water vapour atmosphere in the context of rapid gasification experiments involving RDF. It has been demonstrated that an increase in temperature results in the gasification tar displaying characteristics of forward components. Furthermore

solid residue in an O

atmosphere has been found to be enriched with oxygen-containing functional groups. The presence of CO

has been shown to promote aromatisation and reduce coke conden

sation. In addition

the solid residue in a water vapour atmosphere has been found to contain a heterocyclic structure. Finally

it has been demonstrated that high temperature inhibits recombination

thereby enhancing the percentage of light hydrocarbons.
