摘要:
为解决挖掘机不确定性非平稳随机载荷与确定性阀芯拓扑形态的匹配问题,提出了挖掘机多路阀的载荷分类设计。将挖掘机非平稳随机循环载荷近似地分解为由作业条件决定的趋势项和由力学特性决定的随机项; 构建趋势项负载参数化模型,选择具有显著性影响的模型参数表达载荷变化; 根据典型作业条件及机体机构确定负载模型参数变化域(负载变化范围),将负载模型参数变化域离散为若干类别,各类别在较小的载荷变化范围内设计对应阀芯,根据不同挖掘机的实际载荷变化范围选择恰当阀芯,以此实现机种作业载荷与其阀芯拓扑的匹配。以某20吨级液压挖掘机回转联阀芯与回转载荷的匹配为研究对象,验证了该设计方法的有效性。挖掘机多路阀的载荷分类设计,可实现面向不同机种、不同作业条件,满足多路阀节流特性要求的阀芯拓扑形态快速响应设计。
Abstract:
To match the unfixed non-stationary random load of excavator and the fixed topological structure of valve spool, a load classification design of excavator’ multiway valve is proposed. The non-stationary random cyclic load of excavator is approximately decomposed into trend terms and random terms, which are determined by working conditions and mechanical properties respectively. The trend term load parametric model is established, whose parameters with significant effects are selected to express the load variation. The load model’ parameter variation domain(range of load variation)is determined according to the common working conditions and machine types. The domain is divided into several categories, each category covers a smaller range of load variation. Corresponding valve spools are designed for each category, respectively. Then, according to the actual load variation range of different excavators, proper valve spools are selected so that the match between the working load of a certain machine type and the topological structure of its valve spool is realized. The match between the swing circuit valve spool of a 20-ton-level hydraulic excavator and the rotation load is taken as the research object to verify the applicability of the design method. This load classification design of excavator’ multiway valve can realize the rapid response design of valve spool topology for different machine types and working conditions so as to meet the requirements of multiway valve throttling characteristics.
